Your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (previously the Distance Selling Regulations)
Under the Consumer Rights Directive ('CRD') you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Tuesday, you have 14 days from Wednesday to return your order to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the CRD will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us at your cost.
This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the CRD. Full details of your rights are available from a Citizen’s Advice Bureau or a Local Authority Trading Standards Office. These Regulations do not apply to made to order items.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under the CRD or other legislation.
Just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to use in the original packaging with the receipt, we will then exchange the order or refund the cost of the item only. You will be charged for postage of exchanged items.
All returned items must be in saleable condition.
Please enclose contact details with all returns. This does not affect you statutory rights as a customer.
In the unlikely event that you order is incorrect or damaged on delivery just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to us with the receipt and we will replace the order for the correct one at our expense or refund the order and all postage to you.
