Postage

Orders under £20 £3.50

Orders under £30 £4.50

Orders under £60 £5.50

Orders over £60 post free.

Allow up to 28 days for delivery.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most orders will reach you within 7 working days but allow up to 28 days.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you regarding delivery.

You will be informed of an expected delivery date for all made to order

products.

We post Monday-Friday and do not process orders on weekends/bank holidays

If your order is placed after 1pm it will be processed the next working day.

 

My Order has not Arrived?

If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact

use and we will resolve the issue.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you order is incorrect or damaged on delivery just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to us with the receipt and we will replace the order for the correct one at our expense or refund the order and all postage to you.

 

If you order the incorrect product or change your mind?

Just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to use in the original packaging with the receipt, we will then exchange the order or refund the cost of the item only. You will be charged for postage of exchanged items.

All returned items must be in saleable condition. Bespoke items can only be exchanged and returned for refund.

Please enclose contact details with all returns. This does not affect you statutory rights as a customer.
